Our geographic focus is companies that are located within Texas or the Southeast and have primary or significant operations within the region.

Financial History

The fund will target acquisition of companies with:

  • EBITDA or SDE of $400k-$1.5 million

  • A recent history of steady or growing earnings

  • A loyal customer base and/or recurring revenue streams

  • Established operating histories (minimum 5 years, but the longer the better)

  • Limited customer concentration

  • Mitigated exposure to cyclical economics

Management

Preference will be given for:

  • A simple and scalable business

  • Founders / owner-operators still control the company

  • History of integrity and doing things the right way

  • 100% of the business is for sale
